Me and my buddy, Lizou!
Sweet Justine! She miraculously survived severe burns all over her
back, bottom, and thighs. She went from screaming and not getting out of
bed to walking around and smiling. One day I was cooking in the shed
and she was watching me. I was listening to music and Knee Deep happened
to come on. She must have liked the beat because she started dancing!
Andrew and Grace joined us for two weeks! It was wonderful to see them
working in the Pharmacy with Papa Urbain
Berchevie, Rufina Molly and me!
Looking so cool!
One of my favorite activities. I couldn't decide if I liked driving or riding better. Both gave me such a thrill of joy!
Julvie was my sweet little girl. She was three years old and because of malnutrition, never talked or walked. With lots of love and F100 (special milk), she became much improved. She never learned to talk, but I helped her to be able to stand on her own and walk while holding on to me. The days I spent with her are very special to me. I will never forget her sweet face and cute noises.
A couple weeks after she was discharged I found out that she died. I'm glad she is safe with Jesus and healed completely.
Scrubbing in for an emergency C-section
Two of my favorite babies!
Benonie was very jealous of me and disliked when I showed attention to other babies. She was so sweet! She would come over to the house all by herself in the morning before work to say hi to just me. She didn't like when I left and would often cry. She even preferred me to her family sometimes.
This baby was born at night with no power in Maternity. She needed oxygen so we had to rush over to Consultation to use the oxygen machine. Thankfully the baby was okay.
