Fun in the water!
One of many walks one the beach
Turtle tracks!
Two different nights we had the pleasure of witnessing Loggerhead sea turtles come up out of the ocean and lay their eggs in the sand. The first night we were able to touch the turtle as it headed back to sea and the second night we got close enough to the Loggerhead to actually see her lay her eggs.
Ron (General Lee), Miss Sandy and their grandson Dakota.
We met General Lee and Miss Sandy the second time we camped at Edisto. We've seen them there ever since until a couples of years ago when they stopped going in September. This past time was the first time we had seen them in three or four years. General Lee has dozens of the best stories you will ever hear.
Chicken fights are inevitable.
